1 qt. Crowley Fat Free Milk
3 medium bananas
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
 
Add the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. To make it have an icy texture, add a handful of ice cubes prior to blending. Serve immediately!
