1/2 cup Crowley 1% Lowfat Milk
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries or strawberries

In a blender combine cottage cheese, lowfat milk, sugar, vanilla, and frozen berries. Blend one minute or until smooth. Serve immediately.
