Bone Building Broccoli

INGREDIENTS
1 bag of frozen broccoli florets (thawed)
1 teaspoon of butter
2 teaspoons of all-purpose flour
1 cup of Crowley Fat Free Milk
4 oz. Crowley Light Sour Cream
2 oz. Heluva Good White Cheddar Cheese

Melt the butter over medium heat in a saucepan, once it is melted stir in the flour. Then add the milk and bring to a boil, and then boil one minute more. Add the broccoli, sour cream, and shredded cheese and heat.

Nutrition information per serving: 160 calories, 8 grams of fat (4 grams saturated fat), 14 grams of carbohydrates (5 grams of fiber), 11 grams of protein, 250 mg calcium (25% DV), and 117 mg vitamin C (195% DV)
