INGREDIENTS
4 medium bananas
3 Tbsp honey
8 oz. Crowley Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
1 cup raisins
2 oz. sunflower seed meats (no shell)

Slice the bananas into bite size pieces, place in medium mixing bowl. Add honey, yogurt, raisins, and sunflower seed meats. Stir gently until fruit is covered with yogurt mixture. Serve chilled.
