Easy Orange Gelatin Dessert

A picnic favorite for generations, this is an easy take-along recipe.

INGREDIENTS
1 small package orange gelatin
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
1 small can chunk pineapple, drained
1 (16 oz) container Crowley Cottage Cheese, any type
1 small container whipped topping

In a large bowl, mix gelatin according to directions on the package. Mix in mandarin oranges and pineapple chucks. Fold in Crowley Cottage Cheese. Fold in whipped topping. Pour mixture into serving bowl or mold. Refrigerate until gelatin sets (several hours or overnight).

Optional mix-ins: maraschino cherries, shredded coconut.
